At present, the registration of pesticide products in my country is relatively single, which is very unfavorable to the development of agriculture. In the future, this problem must be solved first before the pesticide industry can develop for a long time.

At present, there are nearly 600 pesticide ingredients that are effectively registered in my country. Insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides each account for about 30%, and plant regulators and others account for about 10%. There are 34878 valid pesticide registration certificates, 4140 (11.87%) of the original drug, 31203 (88.13%) of the preparation, including 14220 pesticides, 9151 herbicides, 8909 fungicides, 21009 single agents, and 9728 mixed agents. There are 133 kinds of registered pesticide formulations.

It can be seen that my country has a wide variety of pesticide registrations and various formulations, with the following characteristics:

1. The homogeneity is serious. Once a certain product patent expires or a technological breakthrough occurs, enterprises will be swarmed with registration. There are 4 products with more than 1000 registrations, 18 with more than 500 registrations, and 58 with more than 200 registrations.

2. Concentration of dosage forms. The registered number of emulsifiable concentrates accounted for 31% of the total preparations, and wettable powders accounted for 21.7% of the total preparations. Suspensions, liquids, water dispersible granules, water emulsions, microemulsions, soluble powders, and granules , Dispersible oil suspensions accounted for 34.3% of the total number of preparations.

3. There are many old products, and the active ingredients of pesticides that have been registered in my country for more than 15 years still account for the vast majority of their formulation registrations.

4. The registered crops are concentrated, and a large number of products are registered on field crops and cash crops with large planting areas, including 10 crops of rice, cotton, wheat, citrus, apple, corn, cabbage, hygiene, rape, and cucumber. The registration frequency has reached more than 32,700 times. , Accounting for 67%, the top 21 crops registered more than 42900 times, accounting for 88%, while the small planting area of ​​cash crops, special crops, and Chinese herbal medicines are not available.
